a deposit of 50% will be required approximately first day of work commencement. future payment of 50% then will be required as 2 split payments. 25% will be payed in the middle of work period. last 25% left will be payable upon work completion and on terms attached to invoice.the price attached to this estimate will be valid for a period of 30 days from estimate date. note. we hope you will find our estimate meets your satisfaction. should you wish to progress with the estimate or have any question regarding the work please do not hesitate to contact us. for legal reasons we can not be held responsible for inaccurate information of drawings supplied by the client. once accepted this shall become a full and final document leading to a signed contract. customer is responsible to insure that all goods are delivered and ready prior to start dates agreed. any goods that have not arrived in time for fitting or delayed may be levy to charge. any goods bought that are not in the estimate are liable to handling fee and charge for extra work.
